We provide informal consultation to a number of FAA projects on a variety of human factors topics via email or telephone. Please contact Earl Stein to determine who in our group would be best able to answer your human factors questions.
Projects requiring substantial human factors assistance, such as conducting simulations, field visits, usability assessments, reviewing specification documents, or designing user interfaces, must establish a formal sponsorship arrangement with us.
