Usability Assessment

Another of our important services is the planning and execution of usability assessments. These activities examine how successfully a user interface supports users' tasks. We employ a variety of data collection techniques including heuristic evaluation and cognitive walkthrough. We collect quantitative data through user interaction logs and qualitative data through interviews and focus groups with users.
